Can't run VOXI Inversion

Good day!
After completion of the previous magnetic inversion, I can't run the new one. Every time I try to start a new inversion I get the error "Only 1 job can be running at a time". Results of the previous inversion weren't saved for some reason as well. What could be the reason for this error? And how can I solve it?

  • Hi Artem, I hope you're back in business running your VOXI inversion. I've noticed in our Monitoring portal that you have ran successful models today. With your subscription you can run one model at a time. I suspect perhaps there was a glitch and your previous job didn't clear properly. Our Cloud Operations team monitors VOXI service and in your case were able to resolve your issue.
